The Knoxville Homeless Management Information System (KnoxHMIS) is a secure online database used by 16 area homeless service agencies to track clients and share client information. Data from KnoxHMIS are used to help agencies and our community plan effective programs to alleviate homelessness.

KnoxHMIS is sponsored by the City of Knoxville, the Knoxville/Knox County Homeless Coalition, Knox County, Comcast, the University of Tennessee and administered by the UT College of Social Work Office of Research and Public Service (SWORPS).

2014 Biennial Study of Homelessness in Knoxville and Knox County now available

The 2013-2014 Biennial Study of Homelessness in Knoxville and Knox County was presented to mayors Burchett and Rogero and to the community on April 22, 2014 by the Knoxville-Knox County Coalition to End Homelessness. The report can be viewed here: 2014_Biennial_Study
